Dokkaebi

Jihye has been able to see beings she was never supposed to see since childhood, and even now as an adult working an office job, she lives through precarious days, never knowing when danger might strike.Then one day, on her way home after catching her boyfriend of nine years cheating and breaking up with him, Jihye happens to meet a dokkaebi who is wandering in search of the Mountain Spirit. The dokkaebi makes her an offer: if she helps him find the Mountain Spirit, he will fix her eyes. With the hope of finally being able to live the ordinary life and enjoy the normal everyday moments she has always longed for, Jihye makes a deal with the dokkaebi.But there are beings watching the two of them from afar and from close by. What is the story tying together the dokkaebi and the Mountain Spirit, and was the meeting between Jihye and the dokkaebi really just a coincidence?
